Dr. Stacey Touhy, Psy.D., a licensed clinical psychologist. Dr. Touhy earned her doctorate of Clinical Psychology in the San Francisco Bay Area, California. Dr. Touhy views mental health as a vital part of overall health and well-being. Dr. Touhy believes in accessibility to meaningful support and the value of the therapeutic relationship. She works from a brain and strength based perspective. Creating safety and trust is important to her. She believes it is ok to smile and laugh sometimes and does not take herself too seriously (because she thinks that is helpful for our brains). She believes that therapy can serve as a helpful tool through the many ebbs and flows of our lives.
